The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®) held their annual Forecast last week, releasing their yearly outlook report for 2023 and the news is good – while economic growth is expected to slow, forecasters are not calling for a recession in the province. Migration continues to be a huge driver in Alberta’s strong real estate market helping to keep prices stable and offsetting potential slow-downs due to rising interest rates.
